PROFOTECH JSC had participated in the 38th International Conference and Exhibition of the International Committee for the Study of Bauxite, Alumina and Aluminum (ICSOBA) as one of its eight exhibitors. This year ICSOBA conference was organized as an online event on November 16-18.
As a part of the conference, an expert on high-precision measuring systems for electrolysis production from PROFOTEC JSC had delivered a presentation "Measuring systems for energy-consuming industries" where he presented the EFOCT-F-DC optical current transformer with a flexible loop for measuring direct current on busbars.
The International Committee for the Study of Bauxite, Alumina and Aluminum (ICSOBA) is an independent, non-profit association that brings together industry professionals from major bauxite, alumina and aluminum companies, technology providers, researchers and consultants from around the world since 1963.
The annual ICSOBA event is a technology conference that combines scientific publications and OEM producers in the context of aluminum production, providing a unique forum for discussion and exchange of ideas.
