On December 4th Profotech received the Certificate of recognition of instrument type approval from the Ministry of Investments and Development of Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Certificate confirms that Republic of Kazakhstan acknowledges the results of tests carried out by the Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology "Rosstandart" and allows import and installation of Electronic Fiber-Optical Current Transformers with digital output (EFOCT).
This document gives an opportunity of legitimate usage of EFOCT as official measuring instrument for commercial electricity metering and for technical metering and management at hazardous industrial facilities.
