Specialist of “Profotech” participated with their stand in the 3rd China International Smart Grid Construction Distributed Energy and Energy Storage Technology and Equipment Expo and Summit, which took place from on 16-18 June in Beijing, China.
The abovementioned Expo is the largest event in the area of Smart Grid in China, which gathered more than 30 000 participants and guests. For several years CIGEE has been an international platform for experience exchange and demonstration of innovative solutions and achievements. Within the framework of the communication ground of the conference some key questions, such as building up intellectual networks, standardization, electrical power distribution and transmission, smart grid, etc., were discussed. Chinese and foreign specialists in these areas shared their knowledge and progress.
Chief technologist of “Profotech” Company Alexei Alexandrovich Dikevich spoke at the conference presenting “Fiber-optic transformers as the foundation for Smart Grid construction”. This presentation caused a keen interest towards the technical solutions of JSC “Profotech” from the side of generating, distribution companies and project institutes.
JSC “Profotech”’s optic transformers are light in weight, easily installed on available component supports, provide full electrical isolation and high operation safety, because optic cable is used for secondary wiring, which completely excludes takeaway capacity and the danger of power surges as a result of power-cuts from current circuits. Measurements accuracy is provided in spite of line and equipment mode of work; all measurements are supplied in digital form.
