The Cleantech Open is an American non-profit organization that supports start-up projects. The purpose of Cleantech Open is to establish global cooperation, which helps innovative projects attract investments, customers and partners, license their technology, get help of mentors from all over the world, provide integrated support for business planning and development of business projects, and much more. More than 2000 professionals of CleanTech Open are always ready to support the participants of the projects accelerator.In Russia, Cleantech Open signed the Memorandum on cooperation with the Innovation Development Centre of Moscow (IDCM), Skolkovo Fund, and VEB-Innovations Fund at the beginning of 2014. The main objective of cooperation is to support Russian innovative companies in the field of energy efficiency, renewables, and rational use of natural resources.
Profotech took part in the Acceleration Program of Cleantech Open Russia with presentation of "Innovative Optical Sensors for Intellectual Power Industry" Project.
On June 1, 2014, at the presentation at API Moscow, Profotech Company joined 40 semifinalists, and on June 2, at the presentation before the Russian and foreign investment community, which was being held in Skolkovo within the Startup Village, we were through to the semifinal!
Out of several hundred participating projects, Profotech Company joined the Top-20 finalists!
