June 1, 2017 at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum-2017 PJSC "MOESK" and JSC "RUSNANO" signed an agreement on the interaction and application of innovative products of the portfolio companies of JSC "RUSNANO", including the products of JSC "Profotech", at the facilities of the power grid complex of the Moscow region.
On the basis of the signed agreement, the cooperation on the introduction of the innovative technologies and import-substituting products is agreed, among which:
- optical current transformers;
- accumulators of electric energy;
- technologies of external reinforcement of bearing structures of buildings and structures;
- energy-saving lamps based on LEDs
Of particular interest to MOESK are digital technical solutions for relay protection, automation and commercial metering based on optical current and voltage transformers, developed on the basis of the testing center of JSC "Profotech". They will be used at the substations of the company in 2017-2018 after completion of the trial operation. JSC "Profotech" is a Russian full-cycle producer of optical fiber and fiber optical devices, which are successfully used in various industries. Profotech is the only patent holder of the unique sensitive fiber producing technology.
