What kinds of service maintenance does PROFOTECH provide?

PROFOTECH provides several kinds of service maintenance.

1. Warranty service. The Manufacturer's warranty obligations are in force under the laws of consumer rights protection of Russian Federation.

Warranty storage period is 12 months from the moment of the device's production. Until being put into operation the equipment should be contained in storages in the original packaging at ambient temperature from minus 10 to plus 40 °C and relative humidity 80% at a temperature of plus 25 °C.

The equipment can be stored outside of the packaging at ambient temperature from plus 10 to plus 40 °C and relative humidity 80% at a temperature of plus 25 °C.

After the end of the warranty storage period the warranty operating period must begin, no matter if the equipment has been put into operation or not.

Warranty operating period is 24 months from the moment the equipment has been put into operation. During the established warranty periods the Manufacturer repairs or replaces faulty devices free of charge.

The Consumer loses the right for warranty repairs in case of violation of transportation, storage or operating conditions, and also in case of violation of integrity of the Manufacturer's seals.

2. The Manufacturer is not responsible for the equipment's faults which were discovered during the warranty period if these faults occurred as a result of the Consumer breaking the rules of operation, transportation or storage, third party actions or force majeure, and also in case of violation of integrity of the Manufacturer's seals.Post-warranty or maintenance service. After the end of the warranty obligations period the Manufacturer repairs and maintains the equipment during its operating life (no less than 15 years).
