"Grid Company" JSC organized another seminar-meeting in Kazan. The topic of this meeting was the operation and development of energy metering systems and facilities, metrological maintenance of production.
This seminar traditionally gathers specialists of hardware development companies all-round the country. This year's event was attended by over 30 organizations from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Cheboksary, Vladimir, Stavropol, Archangel, etc.
One of the most important topics raised at the seminar was to discuss the pilot project "Digital Automated Metering System of Energy" which is planned to be performed in 2013. A key element of the project will be the installation of a fiber optic current and voltage transformers at KVL 110 kW Magistralnaya-Kazanka on the Electric Station Magistralnaya 220 kW, produced by the company "Profotech".
