The Electronic Processing Units of EFOCT-type transformers and EVTCD-type transformers (Electronic Fiber-Optical Current Transformer and Electronic Voltage Transformer with Capacitive Divider) are recognized conforming to EU standards for electromagnetic compatibility and industrial safety (directives 2014/35/EU and 2014/30/EU): EN 61010-1:2010, EN 61000-3-2:2014, EN 61000-3-3:2013, EN 61326-1:2013.
The Certificates allow marking the products with the "CE" sign, that is a necessary requirement for the supply of the products to the European market.
As a next step to enter the international markets, in 2017 JSC "Profotech" is implementing pilot project of digital metering at one of the substations in Switzerland, in cooperation with Maxwell Technologies (Rossens, Switzerland) and Prosoft-Systems (Yekaterinburg, Russia).
Also in plans for this year: certification of a joint product of JSC "Profotech" and Maxwell Technologies (CONDIS) – the Combined Non-Conventional Instrument Transformer in KEMA (DNV-GL) laboratory (Arnhem, the Netherlands).
